As some traditional stalls and stands never seem to age or become redundant, (such as the white elephant stall, tombola, smash-the-crockery, guess the weight of the cake etc) in my experience the Face Painter is becoming one of the key elements (definitely one of the most popular!) at every Fete / Fair / or Party in attendance.
